This project is a standard series home with some excellent features baked in. With a deck overlooking a beautiful scene, the clients chose an excellent location to build their new home. Besides the deck, some of the other features include barn doors, a fireplace, and a walk in closet. The first level provides most of the living space. With a den, media room, and spare bedroom in the finished basement.
This 1,766 square foot single level house was started in June of 2014. It is a three bedroom home, with an open living room and kitchen concept. We used knotty alder cabinets, dark granite and several earth toned accents throughout. The slight slope of the land required us to build a slightly elevated cedar front porch and we finished it off with a pine soffit accent.
This two-level home is 3,505 square feet, with a walk-out daylight basement.
It features real fir logs for the posts at the drive through portico.
The layout includes 3 bedrooms, a den, library and exercise room, along with an oversized 3 car garage.
