The Business

The company was originally founded as an electrical contracting company, in October 1998. But back then, all we did was electrical work.
As time went on, we added additional things to our skill set, like; HVAC and audio/video work. In 2006, we started doing general construction
and building houses. Since then, we have focused on improving our efficiency, quality of work and attention to detail.
Over the years, things have changed and we have changed, but our commitment to our clients has only improved.

The Team

Matt W.

Founder & Owner of All Phase

Roles include: Project coordinator, estimator and journeyman electrician. Matt has been working in the construction trades since 1993.

Jesse S.

Production Manager

Started as an entry-level electrician in early 2011 and worked his way up to production manager. He is involved in many aspects of each build and specializes in carpentry and woodworking. He routinely builds all of our fireplace mantles, floating shelves, handrails, newel posts, faux beams, and other wood accents.

Responsable for a number of administrative areas that are critical to facilitating All Phase operations.
