This two story house is situated on a mountain overlooking the Columbia river.
Woodland Barndominium
Built on a wide open property this two story signature home is designed to look like a farm house with a mix of rustic and industrial elements. The entrance opens up to an open living/kitchen/dining space. Past the office, with large panes of glass making up the walls; is the master bedroom with a walk in closet, and hidden library space. Across from the master bedroom is the mechanical/storage room as well as one of the bathrooms. The second floor has two bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom.
Battle Ground Lake
The homeowners bought property in Battle Ground to build a 4,000 SQ foot signature home with a detached shop.
Features include a theater room, oversized bedrooms, Faux beams, as well as other premium finish throughout. The choice of solid core stained doors, bamboo flooring, interior stone walls, combined with the before mentioned faux beams and other interior elements have created a comfy and warm house.
Touches of modern design elements include the neutral grey walls, accent walls in the bedrooms and open living room/kitchen/dining room layout. The clients worked with us closely from start to finish on everything from layout to interior design decisions. Though the supply disruptions and labor shortages were tough on everyone; the clients were fantastic to work with to get this project built out.
Woodland Custom Home at the Patch
This project started with the need to subdivide off a parcel from the main family property. A majority of that work was done and overseen by the owners, Matt and Kim Donald. All Phase played more of a supportive role through the short plating process, up until receiving building permits. The build started in early March 2019 and took about 7 months to complete. The house is a 3,961 sq. ft. 2-level home with about 400 sq. ft. of that being a bonus room over the garage. There are 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The main level also features a den/office right off of the front entry way. The home was designed by Robert Barnes at Design Solutions in Ridgefield, WA.
Ridgefield Spec House
This project was a spec house that we built for a real estate investor. It is 1,790 square feet, three bedroom with an open concept living room and kitchen. We used beach wood cabinets and flooring, with quartz countertops. It sold fairly quickly in 2018.
Ridgefield Custom Home @ Gee Creek
