ADU

Before becoming an art teacher, Pam Johnson worked full time in a cookie factory. Taking a step back, she asked herself, “how much is my life worth? Is this the life I want?” From that moment on Pam centered her life around creativity. Thirteen years later Pam teaches art at clarke college and at Vancouver Art Space. She is influencial in and out of the art world.

The clients for this project decided to do all the rough-in electrical and interior finish work themselves; but wanted a general contractor to oversee the beginning stages of the build, up until framing was done. We also assisted in tying the ADUs electrical into the main house.
